We offer a full installation service anywhere on the UK mainland for a set fee. Installation can be ordered at the same time as your purchase from the drop-down menu available. Alternatively order an installation kit and either install it yourself or call a local plumber. Full instructions are included with every water softener.

If you purchase an install package our service department will contact you in order to arrange a convenient date to have your system installed. Once a pre installation form has been completed one of our installation team will help you decide the best location for your product.

We always aim to install as closely as possible to the incoming water supply but should this not be possible due to lack of space or similar, we will find the next best alternative.

The installation is usually complete within 1-2 hours and your installer will at that point ensure everything is left clean, tidy and in perfect working order. Upon completion of the installation, we will give you a demonstration of how the product operates.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

WATER & WASTE CONNECTIONS
¾” inch Mains Water connection with isolation Valve for the supply of water to the Water Softener Inlet.
Waste pipe to be available and accessible with an upstand on the waste.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
3 pin power socket installed and working within 1m of water softener.
