For products in stock at the time of purchase, our standard delivery is 3-5 working days from order. Please note that we are not responsible/liable for delays caused by carriers. Express or specific day deliveries can be arranged on request. Customers are advised to provide a mobile telephone number when ordering goods. This contact number can be used by the carrier to communicate with you details of delivery date, time, etc.
If you may be absent from the delivery address when items are delivered, please advise alternative delivery instructions (e.g. leave with a neighbour) when ordering. We will pass this information onto the carrier, although we cannot guarantee these instructions will be adhered to. In the event of goods being delivered in your absence, we cannot take responsibility for goods being lost, stolen or damaged.
As we cannot guarantee items will be delivered within 3 working days, we strongly recommend that customers do not book the services of plumbers, contractors, etc. until you have received, checked and are satisfied with your goods. We cannot expect any liability for costs incurred in booking the services of tradespersons prematurely.
Your ordered items will be checked before leaving our premises to ensure they are correct and in perfect condition. We strongly advise customers to open and check packages upon delivery and notify Purple Turtle immediately in the event of missing or damaged items.
